Who am I? Why am I having a fit?

I am a polytheistic hedgewitch. I practice folk magic with deep roots in the animist traditions I learned in the rural high plains west of the United States. My studies focus on hedgewitchery, traditional witchcraft, root work and folk magic. 

This blog is a place for me to write about all things witchcraft, which really is all things life. It was conceived as a place to explore the intersection between witchcraft and physical health. The two are intertwined in my devotional practice.
